Designed by Fender Katsalidis and developed by LendLease, Melbourne Quarter is set to be one of the largest mixed-use urban regeneration projects in Melbourne with over 1,700 apartments with the East Tower already under construction with room for 3,000 residents, 130,000 square metres of commercial space, 40 retail tenancies and a sky park.

The recently completed first stage including the commercial tower, One Melbourne Quarter, and a sky park brings green space and new life to the Docklands suburb.

As part of the evolution of Melbourne Quarter, an important piece of the city's history will be given new life with the restoration of a significant, heritage-listed 174 metre long wall connecting parks and laneways to locals and residents.

The resort style amenities are spread over three floors within the East Tower including a 25 metre swimming pool with sweeping city and park views, a spa, steam room, sauna, gym, yoga studio, a 20 seat private theatrette, function rooms and private dining spaces with fully equipped kitchens and lounge.
