All of the towers range in height:
Stage One at 60 metres, 14 levels.
Stage Two involves three 12-15 level towers connected by a podium and eat street laneway.
Stage Three involves a 17 story tower and retaining the heritage of existing Kinnears Rope Factory.
The remaining stages over the process of 6-8 years will include three 8-12 story apartment buildings.
