Each floor plate for Collins Arch is optimised to emancipate half of the site back to the city as public space with cascading style balconies and a slanted structural form to allow light to flow into every area of the tower and ground space. Ambient natural stone, timber and metallic finishes combined with luxury appliances to reflect the sophistication of the spaces are refined by their execution within every residence.
