Apartment 304 - Last remaining 3-bedroom residence

Priced at $1,500,000

Chronicle Armadale offers a collection of just 31 residences of distinction, drawing on its prestigious High Street address in one of Melbourne’s most established retail and lifestyle destinations.

Enjoy modern minimalist living with a luxury-edge

The interiors at 960 High Street have been carefully crafted to create the perfect balance between contemporary living and traditional luxury. The gourmet kitchen is wrapped in stylish stone and highlights high-end European appliances. The living zones are structured around the flood of natural light and sumptuously designed spaces that flow seamlessly between inside and out. Your East facing balcony takes in views of church spires, chimney stacks and date palm trees, which is synonymous with Armadale’s rich heritage.

Make the master bedroom your mini kingdom

The interior design presents an elegant aesthetic that is still highly functional and flexible. The master bedroom is a stylishly appointed personal sanctuary, while walk-in wardrobes offer a boutique like experience with masterfully crafted joinery and plentiful storage options. A free-standing bath, extravagant shower and twin basins offer a spa like experience. The elegant aesthetics combine with unmatched quality, focus on detail and generous storage.

Village-style living with easy access to the CBD

Chronicle channels ageless style and elegance whilst its outstanding location embraces Armadale’s village-like community. Located only 7km from the Melbourne CBD, Chronicle offers excellent connectivity to Melbourne and its surrounds, complemented by a vibrant café culture and position on the doorstep of Melbourne’s best fashion and lifestyle retail destinations.
