Making an entrance into one of Melbourne’s most liveable suburbs, newcomer Buckley & Co was designed by esteemed architect Rothelowman to respond to Essendon’s history with stunning architectural form.

Comprising 47 residences spread across five floors, this low-rise features an exterior that plays on straight lines and contours in neutral tones of light to dark grey. The result is a showpiece that attracts attention from passersby as it harmonises seamlessly with the surrounding streetscape. 

The apartment interiors have been carefully planned to deliver an expansive sense of space and style, with living and dining areas transitioning seamlessly to an outdoor entertaining area in the form of an oversized balcony or terrace. This private, customisable sanctuary will boast elevated planters, herb gardens, terrariums, and lush foliage.

Floor-to-ceiling windows filter in an abundance of natural light, which permeates throughout the generously sized interiors. The luxurious kitchens and bathrooms feature a minimalist aesthetic while delivering on space and storage. Residents can choose between light or dark flooring and tile selections, allowing them to create a home that’s truly their own.
