Brisbane 1 Construction Update 

The first stage of Brisbane 1 is now complete, which involved the construction of Tower 2. The remaining two towers are expected to be completed ahead of schedule later in 2019.

The project is benefitting from the decision to construct all of the towers at the same time for efficiency and minimal disruptions to the public and areas around the site.

Who is building Brisbane 1?

The development and building of Brisbane 1 is being handled by R&F Property Australia, who focus on aligning the communities they work in with our growing city populations. They seek out dormant land that can be activated and transformed into functional and livable spaces and affordable, luxury living.

The design of Brisbane 1 was completed by bureau^proberts, an award-winning Brisbane-based architectural practice that specialises in development and housing projects both here and in Asia.
