Australia 108 has topped out at it's 100th floor as of late 2019. The striking blue glass facade has almost reached floor 98 as of January 2020 with further interior completions of the legendary Starburst and upper floor apartments in a constant state of work. The building now has approximately 500 residents with the lower floors being habitable from early 2019.

The new Australia 108 apartment complex is set to be the tallest residential building in the southern hemisphere. The fact that is it positioned in Southbank provides world-class convenience along with stunning views of Melbourne and beyond.

The Fender Katsalidis-designed building pays homage to the Australian Flag with a golden rotating protrusion two-thirds of the way up the building, along with resident amenities including a private dining area, infinity pool, gym, deluxe movie theatre and virtual golf simulator.

The building contains studio apartments as well as 1-3 bedroom configurations, with a total of 1,105 apartments. Parking spaces are included, although the prime location and public transport offerings mean residents may not even need a car.

Residents will be able to move into their apartments from late 2019 on the lower floors.
