Coined as the next mini-CBD, Box Hill is expanding at an unimaginable rate. As a culturally diverse suburb, it is no wonder that flocks of people are moving to the North Eastern suburb in search of a comfortable and inclusive place to call home.

With a relatively small residential population of 12,000, the day population exceeds triple of that as people make their way to Box Hill for work, leisure and entertainment.

Box Hill has a GRP (Gross Regional Product) that represents 20% of the Eastern suburbs contribution to the Melbourne economy as businesses small and large are thrive in this ever changing metropolis.

Residents of 999 Box Hill will be part of this growth and be in walking distance to everyday necessities such as Box Hill Central, Box Hill Institute, Deakin University and Box Hill Gardens.

The plethora of Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean and Vietnamese restaurants down Main Street and Whitehorse Road represent the area’s diversity with the suburb becoming home to Melbourne’s second Chinatown with plans to centre it around the main shopping centre.
