As if rising out of the bedrock of the river, the stone 443 Queen Street soars 184 metres above the winding Brisbane River becoming one of the city’s hottest properties on the sub-tropical market. Construction is underway with an expected completion in 2020.

Offering 400, one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, 443 Queen Street provides residents with the privilege of private balcony sanctuaries filled with overhanging plants, a gasping panoramic view of the river and greater surrounds and a sense of community with world class amenities at your fingertips.

What makes up the 1,500 square metres of communal space?

  • Atop the seven level podium is the recreation deck with terraces and gardens
  • BBQ facilities
  • Private cabanas overlooking the 25 metre saltwater infinity pool
  • Private dining and lounge rooms
  • Chef’s kitchen
  • Indoor and outdoor yoga rooms
  • A gymnasium and changing facility
  • A wellness centre

The tower designed by Architectus in collaboration with WOHA provides ample opportunity for residents to socialise and connect with their neighbours as well as cross ventilation and separate drying balconies for each apartment.

Natural air is part of the core of the design philosophy with the tower becoming the first to achieve a Generosity Index of 80 and Green Plot ratio of 197%.

Primely located on the river, become close to the best public amenities the city has to offer including the Queen Street Mall in just a short walking distance, Chinatown and the eclectic cafes, grungy bars and boutiques of Fortitude Valley and South Brisbane Arts and Entertainment Precinct.

Take a leisurely stroll down the river boardwalk that connects your doorstep to the extensive parklands that line it including the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens, Wilson Outlook Reserve and the Captain Burke Park just across the iconic Story Bridge, offering city skyline views.

Enjoy the large apartment floor sizes, probably of any development on the market at the moment with open living spaces, a shared neighbourhood garden on every level and generous floor-to-ceiling views.

With one bedroom apartments sprawling a minimum 73 square metres, you can imagine how comfortable you will be in a two or three bedroom of your own with prices starting at $675,000.

The harmonious design is a new kind of beauty for Brisbane, connecting with its natural landscape that surrounds with soft stone architectural touches, vertical greenery and overhanging plants as if the tower has risen out of the soil.

Welcome to your home in the sky.
