Designed by Architectus in collaboration with WOHA, 443 Queen Street rises boldly above Brisbane River with a remarkable design of stone, overhanging podium plants and garden atriums as if it rose out of the riverbed itself.

The CBUS development is under construction and will comprise of 264 one, two, three and four bedroom apartments across 47 floors.

Amenities for the tower include an entire 1,500 square metres of communal space on the seventh level atop the podium with a recreation deck with both morning sun and city views from its terraces and gardens, BBQ facilities, private cabanas overlooking the 25 metre saltwater infinity pool, private dining rooms and lounge with chef’s kitchen, indoor and outdoor yoga rooms, a gymnasium and a bathing and changing facility to complete the wellness centre.

The building has arrival gardens on each level with residents being able to socialise and connect with their neighbours as well as cross ventilation and separate drying balconies for each apartment.

Natural air is part of the core of the design philosophy with 443 Queen Street becoming Australia’s first building to achieve a Generosity Index of 80 and Green Plot ratio of 197%.

Located next to the heritage Customs House and riverfront parklands, residents are invited to enjoy nature and the wide array of Brisbane’s natural public amenity.
