Ballina 234, a new house-and-land package at Point Cook, Victoria is set to go under the auctioneer's gavel July 6.

Proceeds raised from the no-reserve auction will be donated to the Maddie Riewoldt’s Vision charity for the fight against bone marrow failure syndrome.

Designed by Fairhaven Homes, the single storey house at 12 Joyce Street, Point Cook comprises four bedrooms, rumpus, large open-plan living/meals/kitchen area, covered alfresco area and fully landscaped garden. 

Other features of Ballina 234 include kids’ wing with study nook, designer lighting, driveway and fencing.

The home will come complete with $50,000 worth of furniture and a 12 month Foxtel Platinum Package.

The lucky bidder will also receive a new Mercedes Benz to park in their new double garage.

Situated on a 425 sqm block within Satterley’s Upper Point Cook Estate, Ballina 234 is just a few steps from Upper Point Cook estate’s recently opened $2.4 million 1 hectare park.
