The prestigious Zig Zag brewery manor in Lithgow has been withdrawn from the market.

The renovated 1884 double-brick home, situated on 4,825 square metres of land was listed for sale with Raine and Horne Real Estate, at an asking price of $1.05 million.

The four-bedroom property has been featured in Country Style and Blue Mountains Life magazines.

It boasts a self-contained studio space as well as a formal ballroom and is surrounded by gardens with views of sandstone cliffs and a mountain backdrop.

Raine & Horne selling agent, Jaharn Turner says they received solid interest in the property but were unable to come to an agreement on price.

It was originally advertised as having potential as a grand residence, guesthouse or wedding venue.
