The former McGrath Ltd chief operating officer Geoff Lucas - who left around the time the ASX float for what turned out to be a short-term role at the NSW bread maker and café group, Sonoma - has listed in Cremorne.

It is through the local McGrath office with $6 million to $6.6 million hopes from agents Adrian Bridges and Michael Coombs.

The five bedroom home has views over Willoughby Bay.

There's a private garden with swimming pool and spa.

Lucas paid $3,425,000 for the home in 2005, snapping it up pre-auction after just 12 days.

He owns 1/100th and wife, Nicola the 99/100ths.
