WINR commercial director Marcelo Ulvert sells Kensington home

The media tech company executive Marcelo Ulvert secured $3.65 million for his Kensington home amid plans to rent instead.

Ulvert, the commercial director at media technology company WINR, bought the Federation bungalow for $1.54 million in 2007.

Its stables were converted into self-contained apartment with home office and guest suite, separated from the main residence by the garden and pool.
