Music manager Roger Davies and his wife, actor Rebecca, have sold their Queenslander-style weekender at Whale Beach on Sydney's northern beaches for $4.15 million.

The Vaucluse-based manager of pop star Pink, bought the five-bedroom house in 2010 for $4,175,000.

The two-storey property was listed through LJ Hooker Capri's David Edwards with $4.8 million plus hopes.

It is not the only northern beaches home to sell over the summer break for less than last time.

Sales woes at Whale Beach won't go away.

At 48 Morella Road, a $2,355,000 sale occurred last month.

It had previously sold at $2.55 million in 2007. It was listed at $2,795,000 in February last year.
