Wests Tigers veteran Robbie Farah hasn't been able to sell his Concord West speculative investment project.

Passed in at $2.12 million at its early August auction, it's now up for lease at $1,250 a week.

It seems even the rental market is struggling after seeking an initial ambitious $1,375 a week.

It had been a $550 a week rental before its renovation by Farah and his two brothers Jason and Eddie who added a rear extension after paying $1.02 million in 2012.

Farah's portfolio includes a Hamilton, Brisbane holding where he's recently subdivided following the family's $1.13 million purchase in 2016.

The four bedroom 1910 home now sits on 350 sqm with the adjoining 460 sqm pool portion for sale, seeking offers over $790,000 through Core Estate agent Matthew Wall.
