A waterfront McMahons Point house has sold for $8.3 million making it Sydney’s most expensive weekend auction sale.

Located at 6 West Crescent Street, the 720 sqm property is marketed as a ‘once in a lifetime’ property.

Built in 1941 the property is ready to be lived as it is or it can be further developed or demolished for another house (STCA).

It features formal lounge and dining with full-width entertainer’s balcony as well as manicured gardens.

It also has a boat shed complete with jetty, slipway and bathroom in the shed.

The property is close to public transport and Blues Point Road’s many eateries.

The property was offered through Belle Property agents Mark Jackson and Christian Percuoco.
