Located at 40A Mary Street, the 1970s house sits on a 1277 sqm property.

The property was last sold in 2006 for $5 million.

It also features a separate study with gas fireplace along with a wine cellar and media room.

The property is in close proximity to public transport and Lane Cove Village.

The property was offered through McGrath agents Brent Courtney and Sam Lloyd.
