Gary Dempsey Developments have recently launched the highly anticipated final release at their coveted Taskers development.

Siskas is the final piece of the puzzle at their stunning new coastal development positioned on the isthmus between the Swan River and the Indian Ocean.

Located in North Fremantle, Siskas will feature a collection of luxury residences designed in collaboration between ZMH Architecture and Craig Steere Architects. Gary Dempsey Developments are also undertaking the construction.

Slated for completion by August 2021, there are only 14 apartments remaining in the whole of the wider Taskers development, with just five left in Siskas.

Each kitchen at Siskas features stainless tapware, top-of-the-line Gaggenau and Miele appliances and bespoke cabinetry, with a large island suited for entertaining.

The apartments have a seven-layered party wall system for acoustic soundproofing and floor-to-ceiling double glazed windows and doors, letting in lots of natural light. Many of the bedrooms feature walk-in wardrobes with bespoke timber joinery, and floor-to-ceiling double glazing to take advantage of the ocean views.

Every bathroom include vanities which have been artistically crafted with timber joinery and a stone basin. The showers are semi-frameless, with built-in storage and a dual shower head.

Luxurious resort-style amenities are available for resident use, with the site boasting 3,000 sqm of private parklands, and even a vertical take-off and landing station to cater to air travel and drone deliveries for the penthouse residents.

Not only has Siskas at Taskers been designed to facilitate future technological advancements, but its environmental rating of 7.5 stars means a reduced carbon footprint and potential for lower utility costs in future.

The Taskers development has won numerous industry awards for excellence in construction and development, with recognition from the Master Builders Association and the Urban Development Industry of Australia.
