Perth the only locality with home values in decline: CoreLogic

Perth is the only capital city locality to have a decline in its home value, year on year, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that over the past 12 months Perth’s home value has declined by 1.1%.

This is despite a monthly increase of 2%.

Adelaide has the smallest growth in home value with only a growth of 3.1% over the past 12 years compared to Melbourne’s 12.1% and Sydney’s 11.5%.
