Perth has been lauded by industry experts as a strong market to invest in with booming conditions and strong demand.

Perth values are up 6.7 per cent over the year, according to the CoreLogic national home value index for April.

This is higher than the combined capital's average, which is up 6.4 per cent.

Perth auction clearance rates sat at an impressive 92.3 per cent last week when compared to 37.5 per cent at this time last year, reflecting the strong demand which looks like it may swamp market supply.

Expected to outperform this year, Urban takes a look at five new Perth apartments that you can secure via Urban today.
