With its central location, diverse community, abundance of amenities, and transport links, East Victoria Park has established itself as a vibrant and desirable suburb in Perth.

Now the sought-after suburb is set to welcome the latest addition to its apartment landscape, with Perth-based construction and development firm JCM set to complete construction on the project this month.

Set around a lush, open-air atrium, The Brixton will feature just 36 apartments across four levels, with the first buyers expected to move into the development in July.

The development, just five kilometres from the Perth CBD, has been popular among buyers, with all the three-bedroom floorpans sold out and only a limited collection of one and two-bedroom apartments remaining.

The one-bedroom apartments have been designed to offer considerably more space than any other neighbouring project. They have 75 sqm of internal living area, and are priced from $520,000.

The two-bedroom apartments start from $690,000 and have 99 sqm of living area.

The Brixton is tucked away behind shady trees on a quiet residential street.

Designed by MJA, The Brixton’s white and charcoal facade is complemented by vertical greenery, glass balustrades, perforated screens and warm red brickwork, while internally the apartments follow a clever design which incorporates well-appointed kitchens, open plan living areas, large master bedrooms and intelligent storage solutions.

The light-filled apartments also benefit from generously proportioned balconies or courtyards, which provide views to the verdant surrounds of the inner city locale.

However you choose to travel, the Brixton makes getting around easy. It’s just minutes from convenient public transport, major road links and an extensive network of walkways and cycle paths, with more on the way.

There’s a plethora of local pubs and restaurants nearby, while a quick train trip is all it takes to get to Crown Entertainment Complex, Optus Stadium, NIB Stadium or Northbridge.

If you’re in the need for some retail therapy, it’s only a short drive to the major shopping precincts of Perth, with Belmont Forum and the recently upgraded Westfield Carousel nearby.
