Kerry Hill architectural residential gem listed in Swanbourne, Perth
Ocean Zone, a sleek four-bedroom, three-storey Perth home with pool and subterranean parking, has been listed with $6.9 million hopes.
It's a Swanbourne house designed for the Campbell family by architect Kerry Hillwho reportedly has replicated his Hayman Island and Aman Hotels design ideas for Ocean Zone. Indeed the main bathroom has a spacious resort feel to it.
The pool is in a submerged courtyard at the side of the four-bedroom, five-bathroom house.
The narrow living area opens up to the adjacent Nedlands Council Allen Park. The block was bought from the council for $465,000 in 2000.
It's listed through Justin Davies at Space Real Estate Cottlesloe, who notes it's "one of only a handful of residential projects that this world-renowned architect has agreed to strike pen to paper for".
"The interior of the residence inspired by the most beautiful resorts around the world, evokes the dream to live in a purely stunning environment," Davies suggests.
The house is set to be included in an international publication soon to be launched in London, New York and Sydney.
Recent projects for Kerry Hill have included The Perth State Theatre, new City of Perth Library and the new Old Treasury Hotel project.
