The twin tower Perth apartment development, Henley Rise, in the waterfront suburb of Como, is one of the handful of new developments to come out of the collaboration of Aria Land and Blueways Group.

Nestled in the leafy City of South Perth, Henley Rise is set to overlook the Swan River and Perth CBD when completed in late 2023.

Comprising 111 apartments, Henley Rise was designed by renowned Embrace Architects to harmonize the bustling Como hub with its peaceful riverside location.
