A Djugun, WA mortgagee home has been listed for $455,000 after unsuccessful marketing campaigns dating back to 2012.

The four bedroom two bathroom house was listed in 2012 with an asking price of $685,000.

It was later offered to market twice in 2018, first in March and then in October with an asking price of $549,000.

Situated at 6 Bandicoot Loop, Djugun the property was constructed in 2006.

Set on 702 square metres, the house features four parking spaces and an open plan living arrangement.

The median price for a house in Djugun is $470,000 according to CoreLogic, which calculate its annual change in median price over the past 10 years as -3.1%.
