Construction has commenced on the South Perth project, One Richardson, with one of Perth’s leading multi-residential and mixed-use builders on the task, Emco. 

Developed by Subiaco-based developers, Devwest, One Richardson will deliver a collection of 75 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, along with a series of two-storey penthouses. 

Over 50 per cent of the apartments have already sold in the project, which have been designed by MJA Studio. 

Sitting atop a ground floor cafe, as well as a welcoming resident’s lobby, each apartment has been architecturally designed to suit a range of lifestyles and buyers.  

The project also leverages on its enviable Swan River location. 

Overlooking Richardson Park, One Richardson fronts an expansive public open space, which delivers not only park fronting apartments, but also creates uninterrupted river views, which are normally only attained in high rise developments, brimming with residences.   

One Richardson offers a large range of leading sustainability initiatives to help reduce the development’s environmental footprint, including features such as solar energy to common areas, energy efficient lighting and appliances, water efficient tapware and fixtures, electric storage units, solar efficient glazing and more.

Centrally located on the corner of Richardson Street and Melville Parade, One Richardson enjoys views to the Swan River, along with a residential communal area located on the third floor, complete with barbecue facilities and lush landscaping. 

Devwest have taken to transforming the Perth property market, with a number of projects currently in the works and recently completed including, The Bradshaw Residences in Manning and the soon to be launched, Olive Street apartments, which will form part of the revitalisation of Subiaco.
