Como ranks as 2017 top Perth hotspot for investors

Como takes the equal top spot as Perth's 2016/2017 hotspot for investing in houses with an expected increase of three percent over the next 12 months.

The current median price for Como currently sits at $732,500, according to APM, in their forecast developed by APM senior economist, Dr Andrew Wilson.

An example would be a 3 bedroom house at 51 Alston Avenue (below) that is currently on sale for $819,000, which is $86,500 above the median price.

Similarly a 3 bedroom house has recently been sold at 24 Wooltana Street (below) for $792,500, which is $60,000 above the median price.

The Smart Investor magazine, published by Fairfax Media, ranked East Cannington as equal best hotspot.
