Beldon and Coolbellup sit atop WA 10 fastest selling suburbs

Beldon and Coolbellup are Western Australia’s fastest selling suburbs with an average of 36 days on the market.

Beldon – with a median house price of $433,250 – is located in between two major north-south arteries: Marmion Avenue and Mitchell Freeway.

Coolbellup – with a median house price of $389,000 – is named after the Aboriginal name for the nearby North Lake.

Myaree - the aboriginal word meaning foliage - is the second fast selling suburb with an average of 38 days on the market and a median house price of $630,000.

The southeastern suburb Lynwood is the third fastest selling suburb with a median house price of $395,000 and an average of 39 days on the market.
