Iris Residential have taken over the Perth property market, with three projects currently under construction.

The group are expecting buyers of their Amara City Gardens development to be ready to move into their new homes in Spring this year, with construction proceeding as planned.

It is Amara City Garden’s unique location that truly sets it apart.

Not only are residents connected to shopping, dining and entertainment at Westfield Booragoon Shopping Centre, but they are also on the doorstep of medical services, major banks, Wireless Hill Park and Melville Aquatic Centre.

Residents are also steps away from Booragoon Bus Station linking to Bull Creek Train and Bus Interchange, providing quick and easy access to Perth CBD, Murdoch University and the world-class Fiona Stanley Hospital.

Teaming up once again with Perth-based architects, Cameron Chisholm Nicol, Amara City Gardens comprises a collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, following an open plan layout, with flexible contract terms available.

Emblazoned with wide picture windows, with double glazing and high 2.7 metre ceilings, the apartments are dappled in light, complimented by a sense of airiness and space.

Engineered oak floorboards lay under foot in the living spaces, while 100 per cent wool carpets are featured within the bedrooms and corridors.

And as a finishing touch, buyers can elect between a choice of three contemporary colour schemes, further enhancing the ability for a unique space.

The kitchens are the heart of the homes, with reconstituted stone benchtops and premium Smeg appliances, including a stainless steel oven, rangehood and gas cooktop, along with a built-in dishwasher and generous storage.

The bathrooms complete the architecturally designed homes, featuring resort-style tiling , designer vanities and chrome fixtures, while the bedrooms are finished off with expansive mirrored robes.

Three-bedroom, two-bathroom and two car bay apartments can still be snapped up in Amara City Gardens, with prices from $720,000.
