EOI opened for Rottnest Island resort, marina development

An international expression of interest has opened for the development of Western Australia's Rottnest Island resort and marina - a 2.8Ha resort site with 350 metre water frontage.
The project will eventually include a 250 berth marina opposite the resort and, once built, will be the first & only formal marina complex on the Island
Expressions of interest are being held through CBRE and close Friday, 18th September at 2pm.
