Central metropolitan Perth rentals down 10%: CoreLogic RP Data

No longer the buoyant property market, quarterly rental data released recently by CoreLogic RP Data, show Perth rents for houses and units are down 5% plus over the past year.

The research analyst and report author Cameron Kusher noted the region with the toughest conditions for landlords was central metropolitan Perth rentals - down 10%.
