Located at 33 McDowell Street, the property is being offered for sale at a price of $11.95 million with vacant possession or leased on flexible terms.
The property, which has the potential to be divided into several separate tenancies, has two large warehouses, loading docks and office to provide almost 14 square metres of refurbished warehousing.
One warehouse covers 7,769 square metres and the other 3,442 square metres, with the office space covering 864 square metres.
Knight Frank industrial director Jarrad Grierson said the property had a substantial land area of 2.89 hectares and had previously been the headquarters of a local manufacturing company.
