The apartment is in the recently completed Eden West which is over 95 percent sold.

Eden Floreat is the latest apartment project by Edge Visionary Living and Hillam Architects, located adjacent to Perry Lakes Reserve and Bold Park.

Eden East is set for completion with buyers scheduled to move in during December and January.
