Western Australia is filled with some pretty significant properties, and some absolute mansions. When looking through what is on the market, this is even more evident.

5) 137 Forrest Street Peppermint Grove WA

This six-bedroom five-bathroom home is six years old and includes five king-sized bedrooms along with an au pair suite (the sixth room). With a Clive Christians chefs kitchen, a butlers scullery and pantry, an office, a home theatre and a solar and gas-heated pool, it's a well-serviced beauty.

It also has double street frontage and four-car garaging.
