Fully leased industrial property near Perth airport sells for $7.81 million
A fully leased industrial property near the Perth domestic airport has sold for $7.81 million.
Set on a 1.83 hectare site with a total building area of about 2,900 square metres, the 4 Koojan Road property in the South Guildford industrial precinct was sold onbehalf of publicly-listed mining services company Emeco.
The sale and five-year leaseback transaction reflected a yield of 8%.
The property was sold by Savills WA Industrial Director James Condon.
“The size and positioning of this property, as well as the security of the leaseback opportunity, made it a very rare freehold investment offering in Perth’s tightly held industrial market,” said Mr Condon.
