Villa Aloha on Victoria's Phillip Island has been listed for sale.

The luxury home in Silverleaves, on the north-east part of the island, is built on 4,065 square metres that last traded for $490,000 in 2016.

Designed by Cramer Design and built by Snowdon Developments, Villa Aloha sits at the end of a 100 metre driveway lined with ornamental pear trees.

It was designed with no steps or stairs. Every room looks out either to the landscaped gardens or the centrally located entertaining areas that feature a swimming pool.

The residence has four bedrooms, three bathrooms.

In the ground is a fully self-contained American barn.

O'Brien Real Estate agent Mike Foenander is seeking $3,975,000 buyer interest, which would rank as the priciest of the Western Port Bay island holiday home offerings.
