Caldermeade Dairy Farm & Cafe, a dairy and tourist attraction in Victoria has been sold through Colliers, price undisclosed.

The property fronts the South Gippsland Highway an features  182 ha - 451 acres freehold and 145 ha - 359 acres leasehold with a 50 unit modern rotary dairy and 82Ml of bore water, 50+ Ml of C Class water plus connection to farm effluent system and an additional 50Ml of temporary bore water.

The site previously had a permit to develop a cheese factory.
