Every month, the REIV surveys members on the current and future expectations of the performance of the market.

The questions asked include member opinions on the number of enquiries, settlements, listings, transactions, and sale/lease prices.

This information provides insight on the sentiment within the real estate industry.

The overall sentiment index rose by 6.6% over May 2015 to 129 from 121 in the previous month.
