It comes with an indicative selling price of $4.3 million to $4.7 million.

It has been offered by Sam Macaluso and Peter Vigano from Jellis Craig.

Set on a 1274 square mettres of prime inner city land, 58 Wattle Road comes with three bedrooms, study room, wine cellar, and rear gardens.

It is close to Glenferrie Road hub, shops, Lido Cinema, transport, Swinburne University of Technology and private schools.

The suburb's median house price sits at $2,287,500, according to CoreLogic. 

Comparable properties in 8 Mary Street and 2 Wellesley Road were sold at $4.56 million and $4.5 million.
