Yarra Park townhomes soon to launch to Alphington market
U-Home Oceania is set to launch Yarra Park, a collection of townhomes in Melbourne's Alphington, seven kilometres north-east of the city.
The three and four-level townhomes have been designed by Rothelowman to bring a low maintenance option to Alphington, a suburb generally starved of brand new townhouses.
There will be 109 townhouses in the release, around the corner from Alphington Park Oval and Alphington Bowling Club.
Each residence has been designed with sustainable principles at the forefront, featuring intelligent layouts that optimise climate orientation for passive sustainability gains.
Inside and out, the townhomes feature a modern aesthetic, with floor-to-ceiling doors and glazing that embrace the living and dining areas connecting to balconies and terraces.
The open kitchens are sleek and functional, centred around a breakfast and wine bar and surrounded by modern integrated appliances.
The ensuite bathrooms have dual vanities, a bathtub, and a generously sized shower area with floor-to-wall tiles.
U-Home Oceania, directed by Jack Wang, has appointed Burbank Urban as the builder for Yarra Park.
