Located North of Taylors Road in Aintree and within walking distance to state-of-the-art amenities, Woodlea has unveiled its most premium land release to date, The Yards of Woodlea.

With prices starting from $980 per sqm, The Yards will be nestled amongst public primary and secondary schools, an active open space, indoor sports centre, major town centre and more, making it the perfect location for both upgraders and families alike.

Woodlea Project Director Matthew Dean said The Yards will cater to the increased demand for land within the highly desirable Aintree postcode.

“Due to the rich amenity surrounding the area, demand for land within Woodlea continues to remain strong,” said Dean.

“The Yards will help cater to the regional boom we’re still witnessing since 2020, where families are seeking more land and space to grow, while still having everything within easy reach such as schools, major town centres and more.”

“The anticipation for land lots back within Aintree has been highly sought after, and even if the market changes, we're confident that this neighbourhood will remain a desired location being right in the heart of Woodlea,” he said.

The first release within The Yards comprised of just 20 lots, all of which were snapped up within the first day of launch, including buyers who already call Woodlea home.

Woodlea resident Pushpinder Singh jumped at the opportunity to upgrade from his current Woodlea townhouse and was attracted to The Yards due to its central location.

“When we first moved to Woodlea, we took advantage of the parks, greenery and the family-friendly atmosphere. Now, it has all the necessities such as restaurants, medical facilities, supermarkets, schools and child care,” Singh said.

“Reserving another land lot was always on our radar and The Yards’ premium location was highly appealing. The fact it would be titled this year made it even more attractive.”

Spanning 711 hectares, Woodlea is a major asset for the west, comprising prestigious schools, ‘destination style’ playgrounds, parks and sporting facilities and is home to a large-scale Town Centre, Woodlea Town.

Currently home to 9,500 residents, this number is set to grow to 20,000 residents upon completion.
