The Aultun Group’s latest Keysborough development, The Woodlands, is set to deliver a new living experience in the south-east Melbourne suburb.

Situated at 21-23 Loxwood Avenue, the estate features a collection of 42 double-story house and land packages designed with aspirational families in mind.

The three and four-bedroom homes were designed to be modern and timeless with a complementary colour palette of greys and timber accents across the façade.

“New projects like the Woodlands coming along will go a long way to satisfying the serious market demand for new house and land”, said Oliver Hume’s Harvey Carretero.

Carretero noted that as a rapidly growing suburb, Keysborough was emerging as a vibrant, new residential area.

Set 27-kilometres from the Melbourne CBD, the suburban gem boasts a number of neighbourhood amenities.

“The location is unsurpassed for its close proximity to an array of amenities”, according to the developers.

Within walking distance to the property are Dingley shops and Parkmore Shopping Centre, anchored by Woolworths and Coles.

There is a collection of eateries and cafés along the Dingley shopping strip on Centre Dandenong Road, including Match & Co Café and Strange Servant.

Residents can also appreciate the range of recreation opportunities on offer thanks to the green spaces and leafy retreats that dot the neighbouring streetscapes.

“[S]hare in a round of golf at the Southern Golf Course or watch the kids play in the fantastic playgounds at Tatterson Park”, the project marketing suggests.

Backing on to a peaceful parkside sanctuary, residents will always have their daily fix of the outdoors, as well as the neighbouring Spring Valley Park and Keysborough Community Park.

Keysborough provides a range of educational offerings, including South Primary school, the established Haileybury College and Lighthouse Christian College.

Eight kilometres from the home, you will also find Monash, a leading Australian university that boasts a student population exceeding 85,000

A short drive from the Woodlands estate, residents will find Mordialloc Beach and discover the bay and beach cafés.

The well-developed and popular beach includes a pier, picnic areas and a curving promenade running behind the beach from the pier to the lifesaving club and beyond.

The revitalisation of the Greater Dandenong has continued to transform the region, adding a strong incentive to invest.

In 2006, the Victorian Government pledged $290 million to this renewal over the next 20 years to 2026, which will leverage $18 billion in private sector development, create 5,000 new jobs and 4,000 new homes.

The Woodlands is expected to reach completion in early 2023.
