It was sold by Mitchell Bourchier and Wesley Norris from Barry Plant Werribee

It sold at $140,000 in 2014. The subsequent development approval was priced at $284,000.

The 2/22 Golden Avenue unit comes with two large bedrooms, good sized formal living zone, open plan living and dining room, as well as single lock up garage.
