A Werribee two bedroom unit overlooking the Werribee River has been recently sold at $332,000 by mortgagees.

It was sold by Mitchell Bourchier and Wesley Norris from Barry Plant Werribee. 

It sold at $140,000 in 2014. The subsequent development approval was priced at $284,000.

The 2/22 Golden Avenue unit comes with two large bedrooms, good sized formal living zone, open plan living and dining room, as well as single lock up garage.

Situated on a central allotment, it is 1.5 kilometres to Werribee Train Station, city centre and shops, local schools as well as being only minutes away from Pacific Werribee shopping centre.

The suburb's median unit price sits on $345,000, according to CoreLogic.
