Melbourne developer Samuel Property arguably has one of the best spots in Melbourne for its latest apartment tower, Louise.

Louise sits in a prime location on Louise Street, set quietly behind the tree-lined St Kilda Road which offers residents a simple commute into the city, while providing a picturesque outlook across Albert Park.

Embracing the heritage character of its neighbours, Louise's distinctive red brick façade and curved forms engage the streetscape, softened by lush canopies and greenery.

From places to run or walk, like The Tan, Albert Park Lake and St Kilda Beach, residents are spoilt for choice when venturing outside the 16-level building which has just ticked over 55 per cent sold.

On the doorstep of Louise, Albert Park Lake has been hosting the iconic Australian Grand Prix for well over two decades, creating a festival atmosphere in the neighbourhood during the Grand Prix weekend.

Along with the Australian Grand Prix, which is set to remain in its Albert Park location until 2035, Louise is in prime position for all the action the racing event brings to the area.

Further sport isn't much further, with Melbourne’s best sporting precinct, the home of the Australian Open and the countries largest stadium, The MCG, just a short trip via public transport.

For the explorer, The National Gallery of Victoria is just a 12-minute tram ride away, while The Docklands area and the Royal Botanical Gardens are both under a 15 minute drive.

Moments from Louise, the leafy St Kilda Road offers tram routes to the city, which is under five kilometres away, stopping at many arts and cultural destinations along the way.

Explore the nightlife and discover a multitude of laneway bars and entertainment, then satisfy your peckish cravings with late-night dumplings, tacos or tapas.

While residents will be spoilt for choice, they’ll never really have to choose, with all that Louise and its prime location offer.

The St Kilda project will deliver a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments upon completion, with the renowned Cera Stribley handling the architecture and design.
