Keystone Property Group’s latest Melbourne development, Ovation, is set to deliver a unique new living experience in Footscray.

Designed by Kavellaris Urban Design (KUD), the development will feature 131 residences in one, two and three-bedroom configurations.

The residence was designed to evoke a homely atmosphere and a sense of familiarity, with a neutral warmth imbued into living spaces thanks to textured timber joinery and oak floors.

“Positioned in one of Melbourne’s fastest emerging domains, innovation and liveability were of equal importance when designing Ovation,” said KUD’s Billy Kavellaris.

Situated on Buckley Street, residents will be immersed in the diverse and multi-cultural charm of Footscray.

Having experienced rapid-fire gentrification in recent years, the inner-western gem now plays host to a vibrant café culture and a melting pot of eateries churning out flavours from Asia, Italy, Africa and beyond.

There is also a collection of eateries in Footscray Market, a longstanding icon of the area, with fresh produce, quality seafood and exotic ingredients.

Residents will appreciate the range of recreation opportunities on offer thanks to the green spaces and leafy retreats that pepper the suburb.

The closest park to the project, Bristow Reserve, is just 700 metres away, with two playgrounds, two barbeques and a pergola.

“A stone’s throw from home, there’s also the idyllic Footscray Park, which sits beside a glistening stretch of the Maribyrnong River”, the developers have pointed out.

Stretching from Mount Macedon to Port Phillip Bay, the Maribyrnong River trail passes a myriad of parks and attractions including Footscray Community Arts Centre, Footscray Park, Flemington Racecourse.

Footscray is one of those rare suburbs that, while possessing a strong village atmosphere, enjoys connectivity characteristic to that of a city fringe locale.”

Thanks to its convenient location, residents of Ovation are well serviced by train stations and a plethora of buses.

Some of the world’s top universities are within close proximity, including Footscray’s very own Victoria University and Melbourne University’s main Parkville campus.

One-bedroom apartments at Ovation begin at $407,500, with 236sqm three-bedroom apartments priced from $900,000.
