Residential community developer Cedar Woods has teamed up with Boutique Homes, part of the ABN Group, and Soho Living to deliver Marshal Place, a collection of townhouses in the Williams Landing development.

The trio are offering the five townhouses in Williams Landing, less than 20 kilometres south-west of the Melbourne CBD.

The location of Marshal Place is one of the development's key selling points. It features convenient access to the train station, a thriving retail hub, local dining, parklands and an office precinct.

Residential areas will also have access to the nearest freeway, the Boulevard nature reserve, and an adjacent 24km bike trail for those seeking an active lifestyle.

Conveniently located just 20km from Melbourne CBD, this development is fast becoming a commercial and social hub of Melbourne’s western suburbs.

Featuring a stylish facade, the cleverly designed floor plan has two living area, a double garage, two bathrooms plus a powder room and either three of four bedrooms, with a walk in wardrobe to the master.

They each feature heating and cooling systems, double glazing and Caesarstone benchtops in the kitchen.

Situated in Melbourne’s west, this $1.5 billion development has seen consistent financial growth throughout its 12-year history, with median suburban pricing rising by 42% since 2015 compared to metropolitan areas, which only rose by 23%.

Marshall Place is located just a short walk away from the Williams Landing Shopping Centre, anchored by Woolworths and 27 specialty stores.

The three and four bedroom townhouses each come with an industry leading aftercare program.
