Urban DC complete Horizon Frankston apartments

Developer Urban DC has completed its latest apartment development, Horizon, in the sought-after Plowman Place in Frankston. 

Horizon, which recently completed its construction by Cobild, is home to 79 one to three-bedroom units accompanied by a suite of 6-star resort-style facilities across a nine-level building.

Designed by the award-winning Elenberg Fraser, Horizon is inspired by the rocks and dunes of Frankston's landscape, particularly its beachfront.

The development comprises low and mid-rise sections dubbed the Horizon Apartments and the Penthouse Collection as the high-rise segment.

Ground-level garden villas come with courtyard gardens and the potential to include plunge pools and barbecue areas. 

Meanwhile,  penthouse apartments feature cantilevered balconies overlooking the ocean and luxurious amenities such as fireplaces and bar units.

Residents of Horizon have access to exclusive services, including the option to book an in-house chef for private dining or communal gatherings overlooking the bay.

Aside from the in-house chef, residents can also access concierge services, dog walkers, and linen press.

The development also features rooftop spas with ocean views complete with spaces for yoga and massages, a boardroom, an executive lounge, a library, and a basement with a climate-controlled wine room and a workshop.
