The long sought-after suburb of Kew is set to receive another set of residential apartments.

Dubbed The Studley due to its location in proximity to Kew's leafy Studley Park just 500 metres away, the project will have just eight statement residences designed by McKimm on its prime Dunlop Avenue site.

McKimm has designed The Studley so the built form seamlessly integrates into its leafy surrounds.

McKimm collaborated on the project alongside architect David Watson and landscape architect John Patrick to create the three-level building, which has just eight apartments offering up to 500 sqm of internal living space.

Each apartment will have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as two car spaces.

The Studley is set to be the only opportunity for buyers to secure an off the plan apartments in Kew that will be ready to move in this year.

RT Edgar are marketing the apartments, in a location which is more likely to see grand mansions created more frequently that off the plan apartment developments.

The Studley is ideally located near Kew's riverside bushland setting, near Studley Park and the Yarra River.

Residents will also be nearby to attractions including the Studley Park Boathouse, Collingwood Children’s Farm, Abbotsford Convent and Dights Falls.
