Vanguard Projects have successfully completed the build of their Elwood development Alfriston House, with buyers moving in in the last few months.

Te collection of just seven townhouses have been designed by C. Kairouz Architects who drew inspiration from the clean lines and minimalistic style of Scandinavian design.

The tri-level townhouses are thoughtfully crafted to create a harmonious living environment, with each equipped with a lift.

There are a handful of three-bedroom townhouses left in the development, each with two bathrooms and two parking spaces.

One of the standout features of Alfriston House is its prime location, which provides residents with easy access to various amenities.

It's just an eight-minute walk from the vibrant Glen Eira Rd Shopping Precinct where there's a number of shops, boutiques, and dining options.

Ripponlea Station is a seven-minute walk, while the nearest tram stop to the Alfriston Street development is less than four minutes away.

Elwood Park and Elwood Foreshore Reserve are just a five-minute drive, and the Melbourne CBD less than eight kilometres away.
