Not every suburb increases in value and while Melbourne has seen significant gains over the past 12 months, some areas have notably declined when looking at their median prices.
Property Observer looked at RP Data's 12 month growth statistics, which is the change in the median price over that period, to identify the areas that saw decreases across Melbourne. They are alphabetised below.
